General Application Settings

Organization administrators can configure common settings for applications within the organization from General Settings in the Organization Management Console, such as custom icons and custom colors.

Custom Icons

Both applications and worksheets can have icons assigned. In addition to system-provided icons, custom icons can also be uploaded.

Upload and Manage Icons

In the Organization Management Console, go to App Management > General Settings > Custom Icon.

Organization administrators can upload custom icons on this page. Uploaded icons can be downloaded or deleted, and batch operations are supported.

When uploading icons, you can choose whether to retain the original colors. If not selected, colors will be automatically removed from uploaded colored icons.

To retain icon colors, enable Upload icons with color retained before uploading.

Use Custom Icons

Custom icons that have been uploaded can be selected for use in applications or worksheets.

To ensure display quality and compatibility with theme colors, only SVG format is supported.

Custom Colors

In the Organization Management Console, organization administrators can define custom colors for use in application theme colors, custom page backgrounds, and chart colors in custom pages.

Go to App Management > General Settings > Custom Color.

Theme Colors:
Up to 18 colors can be enabled (system presets + custom colors). Up to 18 custom colors can be created.

Chart Colors:
Up to 10 custom colors can be created and enabled.

Application Theme Color:

Only enabled system preset and custom colors are available for selection.
