Recycle Bin for Applications, Worksheets, Views, Fields, Records, and Workflows
Application Recycle Bin
There are two recovery paths: Personal Application Recycle Bin and Organization Admin Application Recycle Bin. This feature is available in paid editions only.
- Personal: Application > Recycle Bin
- Organization Super Admins and Application Admins: In the Organization Admin Console, go to App Management > App > More > App Recycle Bin
Applications deleted within 60 days can be restored. After 60 days, they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Who can restore applications:

Application admins or members
Users without permission to delete applications cannot restore them. -
Application owner
Can only restore or permanently delete applications they own

Organization Super Admin
Can restore or permanently delete all applications within the organization
Worksheet Recycle Bin
Application admins can go to App Management > Recycle Bin to restore or permanently delete worksheets and custom pages.
- Application items include worksheets and custom pages. Deleted items can be restored within 60 days.
- After 60 days, items are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- When a worksheet is restored, its structure and relationships with other worksheets are also restored.

View Recycle Bin
Application admins can click View List > Recently Deleted to restore views deleted within the last 60 days.

Field Recycle Bin
In the form editor, click Recycle Bin in the top-right corner of the design area to restore fields deleted within the last 60 days.
- Fields are permanently deleted after 60 days and cannot be recovered.
- When a field is restored, its data in existing records is also restored.

Record Recycle Bin
After records are deleted, you can access the recycle bin within the worksheet to restore or permanently delete them.
Entry point: Click the action button next to the worksheet name and select Recycle Bin.
If this entry is not visible, it may have been disabled for your role in the function switch by the application admin.
- Records deleted within 60 days can be restored. After 60 days, they are permanently deleted.
- You can restore records from the current page or all records. A maximum of 1,000 records can be restored at a time; larger volumes must be restored in batches.
- Regular members can only restore records they deleted.
- Only application admins can permanently delete records. Once permanently deleted, records cannot be recovered.
- Application admins can clear the recycle bin to permanently delete all records within it.
- When records are restored, related records in other worksheets are also restored.

Custom Action Recycle Bin
On the custom action management page of a worksheet, click the Recycle Bin button at the top to restore deleted actions.

Workflow Recycle Bin
Deprecated workflows can be deleted and moved to the recycle bin. To restore them, go to the recycle bin and restore as needed.
- The workflow recycle bin is available in paid editions only.
- Workflows deleted within 60 days can be restored. After 60 days, they are permanently deleted.
- Restored workflows are disabled by default and must be manually enabled.
- Only application admins and developers can delete or restore workflows.
