Personal Account


On the personal account page, you can set the following.

Personal Info: edit name, profile photo, birth date, gender, education experience, work experience, etc.

Account and Privacy: change password, bind or unbind account (mobile or email) and other privacy settings

Security Settings: set two-step verification when logging in, set WeChat notification, manage login devices, etc.

My Org: create, join and exit organizations; edit org card, etc.

Preferences: switch system language; set how to be alerted when there is a new message

Personal Info

1. Edit name and profile photo

As shown below, here you can change your name, profile photo and other personal information.

2. Mobile Data

Free users get 300M mobile data per month, recalculated on the 1st of each month; paid users get 10G mobile data per month, and 10G for each additional paid organization they join, recalculated on the 1st of each month.

You can check mobile data of the current month as shows below:

My Org

Here you can view information about the organizations you have joined such as gate number, edition information, etc. You can also create a new organization or join another organization based on the gate number.

Click on the organization name to expand the operation bar, you can set your superior, edit org card, etc.

How to exit an organization

Account and Privacy

Here are account-related settings, such as binding mobile phone or email, changing password, logging off, binding third-party account, and privacy settings like whether phone number and email are visible to public.

1. Change Password and Account Cancellation

If you forget your password and can’t log in, you can click [Forgot password?] on the login page to reset your password via the registered mobile phone or mailbox.

Tip: After changing your password, this account will be logged out on all your devices.

If the account is bound to WeChat or QQ, you can directly scan the code to log in on Web Terminal, or log in with one click on Mobile Terminal.

Security Settings

To protect your account and login records, you can enable [2-step verification] or [WeChat notification] and manage login devices.

1. Login Verification and Notification

  • Two-step verification

    Once enabled, when logging in, after entering passwords, you need to enter the verification code obtained in your mobile or email.

  • WeChat notification

    Enable this and follow the official account, you will receive a notification on WeChat when logging in.

2. Equipment Management

  • Allow simultaneous login

    If enabled: Your account can be kept logged in on all devices (The notification massage can only be received on recently logged-in device).

    If disabled: Only one device on Web Terminal and one device on Mobile Terminal can remain logged in. If you log in on a new device, the account on other devices of the same type will be logged out automatically.
