Personal Status


Set your personal status when you're on leave, out of office, or in a meeting. Your status will be visible to colleagues in chat windows, user profiles, and your contact card.

Set a Personal Status

  1. Click your profile photo and select Add Status.

  2. Choose a status:

    The system provides four preset status types: On Leave, Sick Leave, In Meeting, and Work Trip.

    You can also click Add Status to create a custom status and select an icon for it.

  3. Set duration and description:

    Define how long the status should last and optionally add a note. The status will automatically clear after the selected duration.

Where Others Can See Your Status

Your status will be visible to others in the following areas:

  • One-on-one chat window
  • Mention lists in records and group chats
  • Your profile page
  • Your contact card
