Introduction to Admin Page


The Admin Page includes the following:

  • Member, org chart, job transfer, and contacts management
  • Department, position, and group management
  • Application and workflow management
  • Billing and basic information management of the organization
  • Management tools such as watermark, data export, etc.

Super Admin can click on the profile photo to enter the Admin page.

  • Basic

    Here shows the statistics of each module and some quick entrances.

  • Members and Departments

Members are displayed here by department or position. Admins can edit departments and positions, approve the joining of new members, edit member information and manage termination of members.

  • O-Roles

Admins can create roles based on members’ attributes, such as production, sales, etc., and later in the application they can choose to add organizational roles to configure permissions for them.

  • Org Chart

Here shows the members’ superiors and subordinates in a tree diagram, usually used in approvals and permission configuration for roles.

  • Group and Collaborator

Group: Here lists all the groups in the organization. Admins can assign an admin to any group, and can enable, disable, disband groups, etc. Admins can also create official groups. There is no big difference between official groups and normal groups, except that there is an [V] symbol.

Collaborator: Users who are invited by members of the organization to join the system modules to work together, but are not members of the organization, are called collaborator. Admins can manage collaborators here, for example to remove the modules the collaborator joined.

  • External Portal

Admins can view the distribution of users who accessed the application through the external portal and other more details.

  • Contacts

Admins can restrict a member or department to view contacts, for example, only to view the members information in their own department.

  • Job Transfer

Members who have left the organization are displayed here. Admins can restore their permissions and conduct job handovers.

  • Org Info

Set the information about the organization here. The full name of the organization is very important, used for bills and invoices, please make sure it is accurate.

  • Org Info-Logo

Admins can set the logo, the cover of the login page of the subdomain, and the start page after logging into the system.

  • Org Info-Subdomain

Set up a domain name like company.mingdao.com so that users can go directly to the home page with the organization logo.

  • Billing

It is very important module. All the payment records and deduction records of the organization can be viewed here. Admins can recharge and set up invoice.

  • Admin

Admins can assign different permissions to members on demand and can check [Permission to apply for administrator].

  • Management Tools

Announcement: Admins can send notification messages to specified members, such as emails, SMS, and system messages.

Network Data: Admins can view the statistics and ranking of members’ posts documents, replies, etc. in the organization.

Watermark: If enabled watermark, the watermark of the current user will be displayed in both the admin page and the application page. The watermark is current user’s name plus the last 4 digits of phone number, or the name plus prefix of the mailbox.

Log: Admins can view and export login logs for the last 6 months.

  • Application

Administrators can manage all applications in the organization, such as deleting, exporting, enabling, disabling, transferring ownership and viewing usage analysis. If Admin needs to view details about an application, he/she can apply to be an admin of the application and then access it.

  • Workflow

Admins can manage all configured workflows, enable and disable workflows, view the execution history, manage SMS templates used in workflows, and purchase extra pack.

  • Usage Analysis

The usage of applications, worksheets, records and workflows are displayed here. Admins can view the details by application or by member.
