How to get organization door number and organization ID

Both the organization door number and the organization ID are the unique identification of an organization in the platform, but they play a different role. Generally, you can join an organization by searching the organization door number. You need to provide the organization ID when you ask for help from a technician while encountering problems.

Organization Door Number​

It is the unique identification of your organization (enterprise or team) in the platform, like the unified social credit code for each entity enterprise or organization. With this 6-digit number, you can find the target organization. It is usually required when joining an organization.

Admins and members who have joined can get the number.

  • PC

  • Mobile

Organization ID​

You need to provide the organization ID when you encounter problems and ask a technician for help.

  • For Admins

    Go to [Org Admin] > [Organization] > [Basics] to copy it (It is not available on mobile app).

  • For other members

    To get the organization ID, other members can only login on PC, click the profile photo and go to [Org Admin], and then copy the organization ID from the address bar.

    The organization ID is what follows the last slash (/) in the link (excluding the slash), or you can provide the entire link.
