How to get organizational door number and organization number

Both the organizational door number and the organization number (ID) are the unique identification of the organization in the platform, but they play a different role. Generally, you can join the organization by searching the organizational door number. You need to provide the organization number when you ask for help from a technician while encountering problems.

Ⅰ. Organizational Door Number

It is the unique identification of your organization (enterprise or team) in the platform, like the unified social credit code for each entity enterprise or organization. With this 6-digit number, you can find the target organization. It is usually required when joining an organization.

Admins and members who have joined can get the number.

  • Web Terminal

  • Mobile Terminal

Ⅱ. Organization Number (ID)

You need to provide the organization number when you encounter problems and ask a technician for help.

  • For Admin

Go to [Org Admin] > [Info] to copy it. (It is not available on Mobile Terminal)

  • For Other Members

To get the organization number, other members can only login on Web Terminal, click on the profile photo and go to [Org Admin], and then copy the organization number from the address bar.

The organization number is what follows the last slash (/) in the link (excluding the slash), or you can provide the entire link.
