Organization Basic Info and Settings
Organization Admin can go to [Org Admin] > [Organization] to set the organization's basic information, billings, and administrators. They can also post announcements, export tasks and posts.
Basic Info
Logo
By uploading a logo, the organization's logo will be displayed on the home page, print page, public forms, and other pages.
Subdomain
Opening a subdomain like xxxx.hap.com allows users to directly access the homepage with the organization's logo. Custom covers can be uploaded on the subdomain page.
Billing
In the billing module, all recharge and consumption history is recorded. Here, users can recharge balance, set invoices, and apply for invoices.
Administrators
Different modules require different permissions. Organization Admins can allocate permissions to members as needed, and can also decide whether to allow organization members to apply for administrator roles.
Other
Announcement: Post announcements to specified members through multiple channels (email, SMS, and internal notifications).
Organization Statistic: View user rankings in the organization.
Data Export: Export lists of users (an email will be sent to the administrator upon export), groups, and tasks in the organization.
