On the home page of the organization management, users can view the usage status and expansion options for various modules within the organization. For example: authorized version information and expiration date, current user count and quota, account balance, and automatic purchase management for certain items.
Account Balance
In the "Account Balance" section, clicking the "Manage" button allows users to view pay-as-you-go services. The balance will be deducted directly when using or expanding these services.
Auto-supplement: When the remaining usage falls below 2%, the system will automatically purchase expansion packs in the smallest available unit until the balance exceeds 2%.
Items eligible for auto-supplement include: workflow executions, computing power for synchronization tasks, and attachment uploads.
