Individual Verification

Click your profile avatar and navigate to [Manage My Account] > [Profile].
Click "Verify Now" and scan the QR code using the WeChat app to complete facial recognition.

Organization Verification

There are two types of organization-level verification: individual-level and organization-level. Choose based on the features you need.

As an organization admin, click your profile avatar and go to [Org Admin] > [Organization] > [Org Info] > [Verification Info].
Click "Verify Now" and select either individual or organization-level verification.

  • Organizations with full organization-level verification can:
set SMS signatures, share externally, recharge credits, and invite members.

  • Organizations with only individual-level verification can:
    recharge credits and invite members.

If your organization has completed individual verification, you may later upgrade to full organization verification.

Multi-Entity Verification

A single organization can bind multiple business entities.
You can set separate SMS signatures and apply for e-invoice tax numbers per entity, supporting multi-enterprise operational needs.

On the verification page, click the “Add” button in the upper-right to add additional organization verification information.

SMS Signature

To send SMS messages through external portals, public forms, or the “Send SMS” node in workflows, a registered SMS signature is required.
Messages using unverified signatures are highly likely to be blocked by carriers.

Creating and Managing Signatures

Organization admins can create and manage SMS signatures by navigating to [Org Admin] > [Organization] > [Org Info] > [Verification Info] via the profile avatar menu.

  • Signatures can be named after the certified company name or a registered trademark.
  • All submitted signatures will be reviewed and approved by the telecom operator via the platform.
  • Only approved signatures can be selected and used in message templates.
  • If a signature is deactivated, it can still be used in existing templates, but cannot be selected for new ones.

Signature Sources and Naming Guidelines

SourceRequirements
Full company/organization nameMust exactly match the name on the business license.
If the full name exceeds 12 characters, we recommend using the registered short name.
Organizations must use the full legal name.
Company short nameMust be included within the full company name and uniquely identify the business entity.
Cannot contain reordered, omitted, or extra characters.
Trademark nameMust be a registered trademark listed on the China Trademark Website.

Signature Approval Timeframe

Due to differences in approval procedures among the three major telecom carriers, the average approval time for a custom SMS signature is 3 business days.
If the signature uses a registered trademark name, the review process may take up to 7 business days.

After 3 business days, we recommend testing the signature by sending a few SMS messages using phone numbers from each of the three carriers.
Only proceed with mass messaging after confirming the delivery success rate is acceptable.

Using Built-in Signatures

If your custom signature is still under review or cannot be verified due to incomplete documentation, you can use one of the platform's built-in verified signatures:(Mingdao),(Jixintong).

Verification Code SMS

You can choose which signature to use for verification code scenarios such as:

  • External portal: registration, login, password recovery
  • Public forms: phone verification

The SMS content slightly differs depending on the signature. See the comparison below:

SignatureApplicable ScenariosSample Verification SMS
Custom SignatureVerified and approved【Custom】Your verification code is 1234. Thank you for using our service!
MingdaoOfficial HAP signature; suitable for users familiar with HAP【Mingdao】Your verification code is 1234. Thank you for using our service!
JixintongWhen no verified custom signature is available and sender identity must be includedExternal Portal:
【Jixintong】Your verification code is 1234. Thank you for using our service. (Sent from: Portal Name)

Public Form:
【Jixintong】Your verification code is 1234. Thank you for using our service. (Sent from: Org Short Name)
  • Portal Name Configuration Path:
[External Portal] > [Portal Settings] > [Basic Settings] > [Portal Name]

  • Organization Short Name Configuration Path:
[Avatar] > [Org Admin] > [Organization] > [Orgn Info] > [Edit Org Info]

Custom SMS Content

In scenarios where you can define your own message content (e.g., “Send SMS” node in workflows, external portal invitations, approval result notifications), all three signatures work the same.

If you use 【Mingdao】 or 【Jixintong】 and want to reflect the business or organization identity, we recommend manually including that information in the SMS body.
