Print Templates


Different business needs or organizations may require different print formats—sometimes the layout styles vary, sometimes the displayed fields differ. You can save customized print configurations as templates, so you can simply select a template when printing, instead of configuring the layout each time.

Template Types

Five types of print templates are available. Each worksheet supports up to 500 print templates.

  • Word / Excel Print Templates

    Users can design print layouts in Word or Excel based on business needs and upload them. During printing, the system populates data into the template and exports the result.

    Note: Word/Excel print templates are available only in paid versions.

  • System Print Templates

    Provides a fixed layout. Users can select which fields to include in the print output.

  • QR Code Print Templates

    Converts specified fields or record access links into QR codes, allowing users to scan and view records on mobile devices.

  • Barcode Print Templates

    Converts specified fields into barcodes. Commonly used for equipment management and product labeling to enable quick identification and scanning.

  • Cloud Print Templates

    Sends print jobs to remote printers over the network. Templates must be configured in the corresponding service platform (e.g., Kuaimai), and connected in HAP via System Services.
