Batch Print Records

Batch printing records is available in Enterprise and Ultimate Editions and is only available when printing with templates in Word format.

How to batch printing records

If there is no available template in Word format in the current view, only the QR code of the record is displayed. When printing with a system template, it does not support batch printing.

1. Number of records printed in batch

Records displayed on one page in the current view can be batch printed.

2. How to print records in separate pages

When printing, if a record is not in a new page, but printed on a previous record's paper, it means that in the template of Word format, you do not check the [Paging before paragraph].
