Introduction to Groups and Messages

Groups

Users can communicate within a group or use groups as permission-scoping units for access control.

Chats

Chats are temporary communication groups meant for instant conversation.
They can be converted into long-term Groups to unlock more collaboration features.

Messages

The Messages panel is fixed on the right side of the system and is accessible across all modules.
You can start or view chats from any page. It includes group chats, private chats, as well as system and application notifications.
