Calendar Overview

The Calendar feature is designed to help organizations manage meetings and scheduling effectively. Typical use cases include:

  • A feature discussion meeting at 3:00 PM on Wednesday
  • A client visit with Mr. Wang at 9:30 AM on Thursday

Users can invite colleagues, WeChat contacts, and others to join the calendar event. Before the event starts, participants can receive both notification alerts and phone reminders.

Collaboration and discussions between participants are also supported within the calendar event.
