How to add filters to a custom page

Filter can further filter the data in statistical charts or views on custom pages, and can achieve unified and flexible filtering of multiple charts or views with a single filter.

Configuration Steps

1. Enter the editing page of a custom page

2. Add a filter

3. Select the target chart or view

Example: Add a filter to view data related to a specific store through the "Store" field.

1) By adding a "component," select a chart or view that can use the filter.

2) Select the filter field in the worksheet to which the chart or view belongs.

Based on the field type of the first worksheet, for subsequent worksheets, the same field type must be selected.

Note: If the filter field is a single-select or multi-select type, the option fields in other worksheets must use the same option set as the option field in the first worksheet to be able to use it.

4. Other settings

  • Enable filter button

Enabling the filter button means that after selecting the filter fields, you need to click the query button to execute the query.

Disabling the filter button means hidding the query and reset buttons. Each filter field selection will refresh the data in the charts and views.

  • Show data after running a filter query

Enabling "Show data after running a filter query" will display empty data in the charts and views by default, showing "Show results after query execution" only. The data that meets the criteria will be displayed only after filtering and querying.

  • Sorting

When there are multiple filters in the filter component, you can adjust the display order of the filters through sorting.

  • As a global configuration

When there are multiple filters in the filter component, each filter may apply to different charts or views.

If "As a global configuration" is selected, the filters in the component will apply to the same filtering objects. When unselected, you can set separate filtering objects for each filter.

5. Save

After the above seetings, click [Save], you can see the filter in the custom page.
