Purchase User Expansion Packs Online

For organizations that have already purchased the HAP paid editions, if the required number of users exceeds 30 during the contract period, administrators can purchase additional user packs to increase the user limit.

Purchase Path:
The organization admin can click their profile avatar and navigate to [Org Admin] > [Home], then click the “Expand” button on the page to access the purchase interface.

The Free Edition supports up to 10 users and does not support expansion.

Payment can be made via credits, Alipay, or WeChat Pay, and the expansion takes effect immediately upon completion.
