1. Can I increase the user limit in the Free Edition?

No.

The Free Edition supports up to 10 users per organization, and this limit cannot be expanded.

If your organization has more than 10 members, consider upgrading to the Standard Edition, which includes 30 users. Additional user packs are available if you need more than 30 users.

2. Which users can be added as application members?

In the Free Edition, after completing personal verification, you can add users outside your organization and your contacts as application members.

3. Can I use SMS and email services in the Free Edition?

After completing organization verification, Free Edition organizations can purchase credits. Once credits are available, you can use the email service.

Due to SMS compliance requirements, SMS services are not available in the Free Edition.

4. How much attachment storage is included in the Free Edition?

The Free Edition includes 2 GB of attachment storage per year for applications. This quota is shared by all members in the organization.

Attachments sent in private chats or group chats do not count toward the attachment storage quota.

5. The Free Edition includes 1,000 workflow executions per month. Can I increase this limit?

No.

The Free Edition does not support purchasing additional workflow executions.

After completing organization verification, you can purchase additional workflow execution capacity.

6. How can I check my current usage?

Go to the Home tab in the Organization Admin console to view your organization's current usage statistics.
