Billing Rules for Users in Paid Plans
HAP SaaS offers three paid editions with the following pricing:
- Standard Edition: ¥14,900/year (includes 30 user licenses)
- Professional Edition: ¥29,900/year (includes 30 user licenses)
- Ultimate Edition: ¥59,900/year (includes 30 user licenses)
If your organization requires more than 30 users, you’ll need to purchase additional user packs. The price for user expansion is ¥300/user/year, and the number of additional users must be in multiples of 5.
Example:
If you purchase the Standard Edition for ¥14,900/year (includes 30 users) and your organization has 40 users, you'll need to add 10 more user licenses, which costs 10 × ¥300 = ¥3,000.
Total cost: ¥14,900 + ¥3,000 = ¥17,900
