Can't receive SMS or email?
If you can't receive SMS and emails from the platform, please follow the below to try to solve your problem.
1. Can't receive SMS verification code?
It is recommended to receive the verification code via voice call after 30 seconds.
If you still can't get it, submit your registered cell phone number here.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00. There may be a delay in replying during non-working hours.
2. Can't receive emails?
Click to check the email sending. Please type in your complete email address to check up to 50 records in the last 3 days.
(1). First of all, please check your spam box to see if the emails are classified as spam.
(2). Please contact customer service for the invitation link for signup or verification code.
Send email to KF@mingdao.com with the subject or content stating your request (sign up? password retrieval?) Customer service will reply to you soon.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00. There may be a delay in replying during non-working hours.
(3). If it is a business email, it may be blocked by the service provider. For the same recipient (the same mailbox), a maximum of 10 emails can be sent to in one hour, and if you continue to send, the later emails will be blocked by service providers. This is to prevent business from being out of control and abnormal push. So please set the process reasonably to avoid sending more than 10 emails to the same mailbox in 1 hour.
Root cause of failing to receive SMS
HAP sends SMS through a secure and professional third-party SMS service platform, with services such as Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud and Cloud Communication. There may also be other companies sending SMS to users through these platforms (SMS numbers start with 106).
If you can't receive SMS from the service platform, there may be the following two possibilities:
-
You have previously received SMS sent by the same SMS platform and replied to the unsubscribe, and the platform adds your phone number to the black list and no longer send any SMS. Then the SMS sent by HAP through this platform again would be blocked.
-
You have received SMS from the same SMS platform before and complained to the operator (China Mobile, China Unicom or China Telecom) about the platform, then the operator will block all SMS from this platform.
Root cause of failing to receive activation emails
It is your corporate post office service provider blocked and rejected the emails from HAP, which will also bring inconvenience to other colleagues' signup and use, so we suggest you contact your corporate post office service provider to feedback, and ask them to deal with the problem. Just add mingdao.com, sender.mingdao.net, workflow-sender.mingdao.net, register.mingdao.com, workflow.mail.mingdaoyun.cn, smtp-out.qcloudmail.com to the domain whitelist.
Of course, if the service provider doesn't respond, you can also add the above domains to the domain whitelist of your own mailbox by yourself, so that you can also receive emails (there may be a delay).
If you are using enterprise mailbox, it is suggested to ask your company's network administrator to operate.
If you are using free mailboxes (such as QQ, 163, 126 mailboxes), you can operate by yourself as follows:
Take QQ mailbox as an example (see the figure below):
-
After entering mailbox, click [Settings]
-
Click [Anti-spam]
-
Select [Set Domain Whitelist]
Add the following domains to the whitelist in order:
mingdao.com、sender.mingdao.net、workflow-sender.mingdao.net、register.mingdao.com、workflow.mail.mingdaoyun.cn、smtp-out.qcloudmail.com(Do not add the @ in front).
