Who Are Considered "All Participants"
In the platform, you may frequently see mentions of collaborators such as @All Members or @All Participants.
For example, in the context of a record, a post, a task, or a calendar event — who exactly are considered "all participants"?
1. Frequent Collaborators
When mentioning someone in a record discussion or when adding members, a list of frequently collaborated users will appear.

2. All Participants in a Record
In a worksheet record discussion, you can mention either individual members or @All Participants of the Record.
Participants of a record include:
- The record owner
- Members added via member-type fields
- Users who posted a comment in the record
- Users who were mentioned in the discussion
When you mention @All Participants, all of the above will receive a notification.

Note:
If a member field is set to "Store Data Only", users added via this field will not be treated as participants and will not be notified when @All Participants is mentioned.

3. All Participants in a Post
All participants of a post include:
- Users mentioned in the original post
- Users mentioned via groups
- Users who replied to the post
- Users mentioned in replies
- Group members mentioned in replies
When mentioning @All Participants of the Post, everyone in these categories will be notified.

4. All Members in a Task
When mentioning @All Members of the Task in a task comment, the following people will receive notifications:

Example:

5. All Members in a Calendar Event
When you mention @All Members of a Calendar Event, only the participants of that event will be notified.
